Step 2. Safeguard and Security
They use these devices to listen to you, track you, and see through your eyes.
Get security cameras or a dog and record all persons within your area.
Store backups at a separate location.
Always have a deadbolt, garage door openers are vulnerable.
Passwords can be safeguarded by having a non-targeted individual make new ones, entering them into your phone, and writing it down for safe keeping but not looking at it.

Step 1. What do they want? and what stage of the attack are you in?
They want information and how can you stop them.
In my findings they hear everything, see everything, will pretend to be everyone you know in your dreams, and attempt to isolate, discredit, threaten and deceive you in every way imaginable. This may include following you, poisoning, or acts of sleep deprivation to weaken your will to exist.
If you're lucky enough to notice the attack early through V2K just leave the location THIS IS THE BEST OPTION for stage 1.
I REPEAT LEAVE THE LOCATION the effects are irreversible.
However, if you have exceeded the first 48hrs then you're probably already tagged. Leave town and see if the V2K continues... if so your stage 2 and your screwed.
